Thought I would start a new thread, so we can all get to know each other.

My first marriage lasted 12 years and I have 4 beautiful children from that marriage . I had a Tubal Ligation in Feb 1994, six weeks after having Sharni . We divorced in 1998 , as he was an abusive drunk.

On Valentine's Day 2000, I met Richard and we began dating in March 2000. Four months later, Richard proposed to me and I accepted with pleasure , as he was the best thing to ever happen to me (besides having my kids ).

About 1 1/2 years later, we began talking about having a child together. We spoke about it for nearly a year. We decided to get married, so we set the date for April 5, 2003 and all went well. We built a new house and moved in just after we got married .
In July 2003, we made the trip to the Dr, to see about having my Tubal Ligation Reversed. I had the TR on Aug 25, 2003 and became pg the following month . Tarsha was born 9 1/2 months after my TR and now we r again.

We have been thru 2 consecutive losses, one in June 06, the other in Oct 06. I have also had 2 other losses, one in June 87, the other in June 92.

We have our that we will be blessed with one more child to love and spoil .

I am going to become a grandma in June 07, as my DD Sarah is currently 20 weeks pg with a little girl . So, I am really looking forward to meeting my granddaughter.

Hi- Here is my TTC journey..Our happy surprise was soon shadowed by pain.

We had lost our baby right before our wedding.. I was just shy of 13 weeks and was spotting on Thursday .. had to go into surgery on Friday and then go to the rehearsal that night and be married the next day on June 24th 2006

I have never experienced such pain in my life.. to see your baby and be told that their is no heartbeat is something that I am going to be re-living daily for the rest of my life. I feel Blessed that we are able to conceive & that I was a Mother, even if it was for a short period of time. This tragedy has made us realize how badly we want to start a family.

Starting in September 2006, we used OPK's and bd around the surge. Well.. it's been going on 6 months and no BFP yet.. so we invested in a CBFM, the month of Feb is our first month using and I am really excited. I am currently on cd 19... and pray to see a BFP this month.

Losing a baby, is one of the hardest things, we as women, have to endure .
I am sooooo sorry that u had to go thru that Heather. I pray that all goes well with ur next pg'y .

Hi I am Christina.

I had a tubal reversal in March 2006. I have been using the CBEFM since May. I was happy to get pg'y my first month with the monitor. But it end at 4weeks 3 day. Then in Sept I had an EP. I am currently not TTC. I am getting married to my best friend I am using BBT and maybe I will start back with my FM to prevent me getting pg'y. I am thinking I am going to start TTC in July.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think about being pg 24/7. I even obsess over celebrities getting knock up, maybe it's cause I am a magazine whore, and buy every one. .I hear Noami Watts is pg, but she hasn't come forward though..

I had no idea I was such a strong and determined person until I embarked on the TTC journey. During the 2ww.. I change my whole lifestyle anticipating a BFP, then I get mad at myself when AF keeps shows up and I missed out on that nice Sushi dinner,drinks out with my husband & friends or that Starbucks Venti Carmel Macchiato.. granted the decaf version isn't to bad.

I am currently on cd21 and trying to not analyze every body symptom, and compare to the last time I was pg. My husband laughs at me cause I am constantly touching my boobs. My cycle ends from cd 28-34, but since the cbfm peaked me at days 15/16.. then my cycle this month should be 30 right?
It's hard for me to figure out..

Wow Dianne , I could have written your exact first post !

I was married for 12 years and some of you from the earlier ezboards know that whole story so I'll just be breif . I also got two beautiful children out of my first marriage . James 9 almost 10 and Cassidy 6 almost 7 . We divorced for many reasons but mainly the drinking .

Two and a half years later I met someone very special who welcomed my two children into his family as if they were their very own . We were married first in his parents livingroom in May of 2006 ( his father is a deacon and refused to let us live together in our brandnew house w/o being married , not that I would have let it happen either ) then we had a "real " wedding in September of 2006 to which my children were the ring bearer and flower girl.

And that leads us to where we are now . I am a preschool teacher and my husband is director or security in a very large hotel in Nashville . We have two furbabies , Snowball a 85lb lab greyhound mix and Libby a 70lb weimerauner greyhound mix both who think they are lap dogs ... NOT!
We are currently 5 weeks pg (on Monday ) and are VERY cautious because of the losses I have suffered in the past ( I have 6 waiting for me in heaven).

I used my fm on and off for 5 years , mostly off but well , I got lazy lol
