Hello ladies, I have a quick question I hope to find an answer to.
I've taken clomid on CD's 3-7. I'm now on CD 17. For the past 4 days I've had positive OPK's. Should I be concerned? What could this mean? I've never heard of anyone getting more than 3 postiive OPK's in a row.
Okay - I'm on Clomid, too, and this cy has been really confusing for me. I guess I'd ask the following: are you sure ALL of them are really positive? I thought I got a few +OPKs this cy . . . the test/control line were the same color, but then just the past 2 days, the test line was really dark, and the control line was nonexistent. So, I'm guessing the earlier + wasn't really positive . . . it was just close.
It is possible that maybe you are trying to surge, and it just isn't working? Sorry. . . that is the best I can come up with. I'm finding things difficult to read/interpret on Clomid, too.
It sucks that it's been so strange. Last time I took clomid a few years ago, everything went absolutely perfect, and I only had two days of positive OPK's the middle of my cycle/ We conceived on the first try. If only it were that easy this time! LOL!
As for the positive OPK's, I'm positive they're positive, as the test line is darker than the control line.
Here's my lastest one, from the 4th day. The test line is really much darker in person.
I wish I had a better answer for you - I got one that looked like that on CD18, but then I didn't O. I got another 2 that were even clearer than that (the test line was so dark, the control line was pretty faint) on CD 24 & 25, and judging from my temp this am, I might have actually O'd this time.
I've never been on Clomid before, but I'll give you that it is acting strange. Although, I've felt great on it - I'm usually horribly crampy - so much so that I don't want to leave the house! I can't decide if minimal cramps is good or bad!
You might think they are + , but aren't. I had the samething happen to me a few days ago. I thought it was + and then the next day it was + ( but it wasn't )and then today it was blazing + !

I am not on any fertility drug and am currently on my 5th + OPK test. FOr me the control lines were barely even there! I do not have any advice it is just making me feel a little less freaked out by knowing I am not the only one experiancing this issue aswell. I do hope that you issue results in good news though ;-)
