Do you have any plans for the BIG 1st Birthday?

I think I'm going to Party City this week a look for Carson something. Since our family is out of town we plan on visiting the family and maybe doing something here with friends as well

Hi Misty . . .yup, I know I think Vickie and I are the next round of b-days, huh? Carson too!

We're having a birthday party at Peter Piper Pizza on the 12th. I know . . .pizza for a 1 year old? Well, it is hot as heck here in AZ so we can't have it at a park like Joshie and I don't think we can keep everyone in our home w/o going outside here. So, Joshie and all of our friends' kids will have a blast. We are going to do sesame street and have already ordered the cake. Then, we're flying to Florida to see family from 8/15 - 8/22.

I cannot believe my baby is going to be 1!!! I am so sentimental lately . . .as you can prob tell by the video!

Well, I am so glad I checked in today!

Hi Girls!

I'm in the middle of b-day party madness too! I'm wrapping up a job I've done from home since November and that's only added to the stress. Since Mason & Ella's birthday are 5 days apart, we are doing a co-party. Mason's part of the party is pirate themed, while Ella's will of course be some kind of pink girly 1st b-day. I sent out invitations for each of them, because I wanted Ella to know that her birthday is important too and not just lumped in with Mason's, and vice versa. If all the kids show up, I'll have 24 running around here, as well as a parent or two each!!! I'm praying for the weather to break by the 19th, because I don't have room for an inside party. We may have to blow up some kiddie pools and break out the sprinklers. I have so much to do before the party it makes me panic a little thinking about it.

First off, LOVE the new siggy pic, Misty! Carson looks adorable and you look absolutely fabulous as usual!

Bonnie and Lori - Great party ideas! Please be sure to post lots of pictures!!

Not entirely sure yet what we are planning for Sam's birthday. We are acutally going to be out of town with some friends so we might have some cake with them on Sammy's special day.Then, on our return, have a small party at our house with some friends and their children or a family outing to the aquarium, zoo, ballpark or somplace else that the boys would really like.

For Ben's first birthday, I went to Party City and bought as many Blue's Clues First Birthday party decorations as I could find. I think we might still have some extra plates from that party around the house.
