after feeling O pains, when do you ovulate?

Just trying to pinpoint my ovulation here... for anyone who can feel O pains, how long after that do you actually ovulate? thanks!! Heather

I start feeling O pains around CD5 or so. I get some really sharp pains but I can usually feel it when I O because the pain is really intense for a few minutes then it just aches. I've had the pain wake me up in the middle of the night. So I guess my answer is it depends. When I actually pop the egg the pain is pretty intense then I just get an achy feeling.

I didn't feel it this month because I think being on BCP's for about 4 months helped.

Congrats. on the new pgcy, and your new marriage.

As to feeling O pains, I usually feel them starting the day before O and they get really bad during my O.

I get O like pains for a day or so before O. The vcramps were worse the day I O'ed. And it seems like after O they are gone. HTH

For me, it seems to vary. Some months I feel o pains for quite some time before I o, and up to two days aftereward. Last month it was so severe, I thought I was suffereing appendicitis. Im starting my o pains right now, they kicked in late this morning.

I can't WAIT to O!
(hehe, I remember when I used to get excited about the OTHER O)
