I've been on and off the board lately (all depending on Anderson's sleep pattern), most days are good! but when it rains, it certianly does pour!

Anderson is now on formula milk and is drinking in excess of 1 litre a day! at this rate i'm going to have to buy a cow so it's cost effective! he's on cow & gates stage 2 and getting through 160ml per feed (x5) & 200ml (x1) for his nightime feed at midnight (he slept through till 8am today). I really dont know where he puts it! he's fast approaching 12lbs already which is near double his birth weight and he's 8 wks tomorrow. Should I be cutting down? I've changed onto the powder stuff to be mixed, I think it's suppose to be cheaper that way? We had a couple of up all night with gas but they seemed to be gone now. Other than that he just sleeps and poops a lot!

Christopher is fine in general, he had a lovely family birthday a few weeks ago and now wants presents frequently! He does however seem to be showing signs of jealousy by pooping in his pants diliberately, last monday he did it 4 times before midday, dispite me telling him each and every time that he must tell me before or as he wants to go. We tried several ways of dealing with it and the only way it seems to be working is, everytime he does it in his pants he gets his toys taken away and put somewhere where he can see them but cant get them as a constant reminder. When he tells us and there's no mess he gets a toy back, I know it's blackmail but I ran out of idea's. He's good with Anderson and helps to change and feed him all the time, when we ask Anderson a question he always replies for his brother! which is really cute. He gives him lots of kisses and cuddles. Oh, he's playing one of the wise men in the nursery nativity play!

Time really flies doesnt it? Christopher starts school in September and I'm not sure how to do the research school thing. Anyone give me tips or idea's on how to choose the right school? things I should watch out for and how to compare them, if that is possible. I need to submit the application by the end of the month if I am to stand a chance on getting my preference.

DH & I celebrated 8 yrs of wedded bliss last week, we dont get to get out much, in fact the last time we were out was June! so we went for a nice chineese meal and had a bottle of champange! it was a bit pricy but, well worth it!

My mother found out from a friend that I wasnt going to ring her again, so she made sure that she called me several times before Anderson was born, so I guess we are on speaking terms again! Saying that, I can forgive but I'm not one to easily forget the things she said to me!

Hi Dawn! I will come back to your school questions tonight when I have a bit more time on my hands, just wanted to let you know you haven't been forgotten! Glad everything's going well! J starts school next year too...time does fly by. Glad you and your mother are on speaking terms, that is good to hear. I know it isn't easy to forget, but I would at least keep some contact with her, for the sake of your boys. My mother died in '98 and it does hurt that my little two will never know their maternal grandmother. Lovely pictures of your boys in your tickers, they are so handsome!
