Hi Dawn
Luca is great, we had some virus going around (sickness) which really effected him and was put on anti-biotics.Which really upset me because i pride myself on the fact my kids never go to the Drs or have anti-biotics.(i think it stops their immune systems working for themselves)

But hes fine now and all the vomiting had NO effect on his weight cos he now weighs 17lbs!

Night time is a major issue at the moment.
Cant get Izzy out of her cot into a bed so Luca can move to a cot.
She just gets up ALL night and because the girls are in bunkl beds poor Abygail cant sleep
The 1 time she stayed in bed Luca was in his cot he slept soooo much better, no longer but went to sleep on his own etc

so thats me anyway

Hows you and the boys?
When does Chris start school? Abby starts in september.

Ah Poor Luca, get well soon honey Christopher is only just recovering from it after about 8 wks, and I think Anderson has it now. I didnt think they could give anything to Anderson, so I havent bothered taking him to the drs.

Do you think Izzy could be a little jealous of Luca? or is it just a sleeping pattern thing? I hope she changes her routine soon, or it could get quite hard on you.

I'm trying to recover from this bug thing also, the dr put me on antibiotics and steriods as I have had it for while too. Other than the illness the boys are good, Christopher still a little disapointed that Anderson wont play with him much, I keep telling him Anderson has to learn to walk first before he can play with his Power Rangers.

Christopher starts school in September too, I'm looking forward to it and I'm not as It's going to mean a 7am start for me every morning. At the moment I do an 8am start and its not too bad, it's just if it's everyday then i'm not sure how i'll cope. It's going to be 08:45 - 3:15 everyday, but the school is only 5-7 mins in a car. It's the only school in the village. I rang the School about booster shots but they said there was no law that says he has to have the boosters, as long as he had the original shots.

I hope you dont mind me asking, but did Abygail get the Combined MMR or the singular ones? Will you need to get booster shots before she starts School? Have you decided where Abygail will go?

Dawn, i dont think Izzy is jealous cos she didnt know Luca was in her cot.
I think she is still quite babyish and just loves her cot and trying to toilet train is terrible she loves the security of a nappy.
Its hard because Abby was so advanced for her age, i feel like ive done something to let Izzy down in some way.
But i actually think sometimes she gets more attention than Abby so god knows, oh the challenges of being a mother

Abby had the single jabs when she was 15months but just got the combined MMR last wk(which went fine,she was a real star) but the nurse said because she had the single jabs she would need a blood test or the combined AGAIN in 4 months time.
She dosent recommened a blood test cos its hard for lil ones
so looks like that was £200 for the single jabs down the drain.
I feel happier with the research done on the combined now and also its really hard to get the mumps vaccination into the uk at the moment, the goverment are making it very difficult to get single jabs now.

Im not looking forward to the early morning rush everyday either, getting 3 ready is so hard once you have 1 of their coats on the other has took it off

I've been thinking about it a little more and if Christopher doesnt have to have the booster shots then I wont bother, I dont mind the money, it's just the discomfort for him. I had made an appointment at Breakspear but I think i'm going to cancel.

Christopher can be a little bugger when getting ready to go out, he wont get ready and when I say that Anderson and I are going, he starts crying and wanting to get in the car first. I've now had to resort to making it a race, as to who can get ready first! why oh why does everything have to be a race!
