What the heck-this is stressing me out.
Ok-why did my temp do that today. I didn't sleep good last night so maybe that is it. This temping thing is so upseting.

It is probably just a disturbance (not sleeping well) don't let it get to you. Unless you get  don't worry. It could also be implantation dip.

Mine did that once. It just ended up being a weird abberation. Hope it's significant for a BFP for you.

Charting stressed me out at first too. after doing it for a few months you start to know your body and weird little things like that don't bother you as much any more. Try to just roll with it and ask as many questions as you would like this board has a great source of knowledge and !

ITA w/ the other girls. If the temp is really low angin I would wonder if something up.. but if it's back into a normal range today.. No worries... These strange little things happen from time to time

You all are so wonderful. I read that a temp dip on 7-10 days po can be implantation. My dip would be 7 days. Oh-I don't want to get my hopes up too much. Have any of you guys seen this?

Absolutely! I am excited to see how your chart turns out!!!
You can see chart examples on one of the stickies above. Also, you can see lots of them on FF and you can put in the parameters you want. Like: 30dcy, clomid, pg, etc!
And it will pull up lots of charts you can compare yours with.
