I used charting as a natural method of B/C and it worked really well for me... That is until the cycle I didn't chart! Devon was in the hospital for a chest cold and I stayed w/ him day and night... It was the month leading up to Christmas... Things were generally crazy so charting really couldn't happen. So I made an estimate of O day and we stopped DTD a day or 2 after AF and used other forms of BC after then... But I got a patch of EWCM 5 days after the lat time we had unprotected sex (unexpected, I'm sot usually a fertilie person LOL!)... It now appears we will be having 4 children after all

Anyway... If you are using charting for BC... DO NOT DTD WHILE YOU HAVE ANY EWCM or... WCM Trust me!! I was wondering... If you thought about adding a saliva scope to your routine... You don't have to do it every day but maybe before you DTD, take a sample and make sure you don't see any kind of ferning... It's easy and cheep b/c once you buy the scope... that's it, you use it over and over.

lol, thanks I do have a saliva scope, but find it very unreliable, I find that some days I will get ferning, and if I use it again straight away, dont get any ferning, so have not trusted it...
