Sorry, I also posted this in 2WW before I saw this forum.
I temp every morning at 7am. Today I woke up at 4:30, walked around the house for about 5 mintues, and then was back to bed. I took my temp at 7am. Do you think the temp is valid, or should I discard? I'd appreciate any feedback! Thanks
