Hi,
Just wondering what temperature I should use. This morning, I woke up and took my temp. It was 101.17!!! My temp is NEVER that high~even when I have a fever. So I took it again a minute later. This time it was 97.70. So which temp should I use? I normally recommend people go with the first temp but since there is such a difference in these I figured I would see what you thought. For now, I put in the first temp and boy does my chart look odd!

That's a tough one . . . normally I say the first temp no matter what. What is your current temp? Usually, temps doen't drop as the day progresses. It could be your thermometer going haywire, or maybe you slept all burrowed under the covers.

If your temp isn't close to that now, I'd put in the lower temp, and maybe put the other temp in the note?

Normally I say go with the 1st temp but that 1st one is just so out there I'd go with your 2nd temp, it looks MUCH more realistic

Thanks for the input. I took my temp later and it was 98.63 so who knows. I guess we'll just see what tomorrow holds
