Icon5 Question about night waking...

Sometimes I wake up several times at night, look at the clock, and go back to sleep. I usally go back to sleep within a minute or two. Could this affect my temps? Last night it happened to me. I think I woke at least once an hour from midnight untli 4:25 when I temped. Each time I looked at the clock, but quickly fell back asleep. Would you discard this temp? This happens a lot to me.

I do the exact same thing...so I have been watching my temps to see if there are any real outlying ones...and there aren't. I just temp when it is as close to my waking time as possible before actually getting out of bed. So I think it really does not make that much difference. As long as you are not getting up and raising your heart rate.

Yeah, it shouldn't matter if you go back to sleep that quickly, so long as you don't get up. If waking often happens to you, then that is your "usual" pattern, so it should still be fine.

It works for women that are up all night bf'ind, so it should work for you! Good luck.
