Ok, So I took an opk the other day and it was + I took one the next day and it was -. My temp hasn't went up at all, but I am no longer having cm. Does this mean that I did or did not O?

Can you O with out temp going up or going up slowly?

When I say the first test was + the test line was way darker then the other line, then on the next day there was hardly any test line at all.

What do you all think?

also why would I have a - OPK (2 of them one the same day) if I didn't O? when the day before I had a +

I'm not sure anyone really knows how quickly opks can change. It's possible that your body geared up to O and then did not for what ever reason. That happened to me on my last cycle. I started using opks, and didn't know if I caught the end or the beginning of the surge. I used a lot of fm sticks to figure it out. Well, O was delayed. That's always something to consider especially if you've been stressed or sick.

I wouldn't quit covering your bases just yet though. Your cm is probably a fairly good indicator, but you never know.

I agree with Nancy, you can have a ++, then not O. I think a few more days of temps should tell you
