Please give me your thoughts on this. I took soy 200mg cd 3-7 for the 1st time this cycle. I normally O anywhere from cd 17-21. Looking at my chart, can taking soy move O up at least 5 days? Also why would I be having full ferning even now- 4 days after supposed O? I have also had EWCM but OPK's @ this point are neg. I did feel real crampy around cd 11 & 12 like my normal O pains. I'm just clueless. Help if you can. Thanks.

Did you take an OPK on CD# 14? It looks like it's very possible you could have Oed then. I wouldn't be totally shocked to see FF change your O day if your temp is in the same range as it has been over the last 2 days and your EWCM has stopped now too which also makes me think your O day could be on CD#14. As far as the ferning... It's not always 100% something you can trust. I like to think of it as more of a backup to other fertility SxS like OPK's, temps, CM, CP...

Now the soy.. I have no clue about.. Sorry I'm not much more help!

Hello there - I too have taken soy this cycle to try to O . . . I have suspected PCOS and have been known to have anovulatory cycles. I do not think I've O'd yet. But I have taken soy two times before and I've always o'd on it. I've also gotten preg on it, but it was ectopic. It does look like you've probably o'd, but I'm thinking you'll need to give it a few days to be totally sure! Good luck! I hope this is your month!

I've never taken soy, but I did have a fluke cy last time where I O'd at least a full week early on cd 7. I have ben checking ferning for almost a yr now and can't really rely on it. I'm 10 dpo today with a full fern still.
