Sorry about your M/C I hope you get your BFP ASAP!

To start charting I would open an account with an on line charting site like http://www.fertilityfriend.com. It makes it very easy to track your fertility SxS. IMO starting slow with charting is the way to go. Start with taking your temp 1st this in the morning as close to the same time of day every day. You should be taking your temp AS SOON as you open your eye. Don't sit up in bed or go pee or chat w/ DH for a couple of minute... Just pop that therm. in your mouth and wait for the beep

For your 1st charting cy I would start out by simply making note of any obvious changes in your CM. If you feel unusually dry, make note of it. if you notice you have a lot of watery discharge, mark it on your chart. If you use the bathroom and find some EWCM on the TP, make sure it's marked down. There are ways to "properly" look for cm but there is nothing wrong with starting out this way and this may be all you ever need

Good luck this cy. I hope your charting goes well
