hey yall, Ive tried charting in the past but thought I was doing it wrong becouse my temp was too low.. like the chart didnt even have the number on it. But tried to test it out again this morning (im on like day 31 of cycle about to start) and it said 96.05 right when i woke up and 96.55 about 3 minutes after I woke up... My chart dosent have anything lower than 97 :O is something screwed up with my body?? Kinda worrying.... another thing this is suppose to be taken under the tongue right? Thanks yall Lyn.

also I just read it can be due to thyroid problems but I believe Ive been tested for it and it was normal

My temps have been that low before, So I would say it is ok that yours are that low. Yes you temp under the tongue or vaginally.

My temps go under 97 pre O most of the time. After O I am over 97. Keep temping! I have found a certain spot under my tongue that I always stick the BBT. Just keep it up! Where are you in your cycle? Do you know what day you are on? I would have to guess that you are pre O somewhere, maybe close to O'ing?
