hey girls can u look at my chart and tell me what u think....been having cramps for 4 days now like af type ones....i personally think cd12 is O and cd16 is implantation but i am confused.......my other temps i erased cause i got a progesterone shot and my temps were all over plus was taking clomid. Someone help!

How long are your cy's normally? No matter how long your CY is, a normal LP will be 14 days long. Keeping that in mind will sometimes help to figure out an O day when there are 2 jumps like this or slow to rise temps. but, if you have a LP problem or don't O.. It's no help at all.

I'm kind of leaning toward CD#16 as O day b/c of the W CM then immidiate temp jump the next day. It will take at least another day to verify that and it would also be nice to see the temps go up a little more.

I think all you can do at this point is sit back, take your temp and wait to see what happens.

why do you think you don't have a chance now? Keep temping and see how this goes. Your temps are nice and high now, you just never know!

I adjusted my chart and i think that this may have happened to me ...i am gonna assume i am 7dpo plus i didnt know sleeping with your mouth open was a no no and i have been....gonna try vaginally next cycle if there is one.

my symptoms are as follows


-lower back pain
-frequent trips to the bathroom
-creamy/yellow/milky cm for over a week now
-no af of course
-had cramps off and on now its just achey
-nausea started 10dpo especially when i eat
-tired
-restless sleep
-bbs sorta ache but not really hurt just something i get a shooting pain in them but i never got sore bbs with DS
