I post/reply so rarely here but I promise I do lurk every day. Just thought I'd throw a quick update your way.
Brogan was seven months last Thursday and is having a busy week. I noticed a tooth (bottom centre) coming in on Saturday and it's now nearly poked through and the one beside it is on its way too. He's been pulling himself up to his knees for about a week and a half and just the other day (maybe it was yesterday) he started pulling to his feet and now that's all he's satisfied with. Yikes!! He has a small collection of welts and bumps to go all with it. He's also started reaching out his arms to be picked up but only if someone reaches theirs out to him first; he just started that on Monday night. He's been crawling (his own version but highly effective) for two or three weeks now too. I'm sure/afraid he'll be cruising furniture in no time!
Here are two snaps from this morning. In the first one you can really see his tongue tie. We have an appt on the 12th to see about getting it snipped. It doesn't bother him at all at the moment but it is pretty severe and I don't want to have to snip it when he's older. Left unsnipped, I'm sure he'd have speech problems. It's so close to the end of his tongue that it's practically on TOP of his tongue and when he sticks his tongue out, he can only do it about a half inch past his lower lip. It looks really cute now but again... the problems in the future.

As you can see from the pics he is a pretty happy little guy. Doesn't whine or fuss overly much unless he's tired (and sometimes gets really quiet and snuggly instead) and only cries if he's hurt.

What a big boy pulling himself up already, I'm sure that he will be an early walker. Hope that all the teeth come in and don't bother him too much.
