Ok, they gave me my calling on the 6th and said they had a calling for Mike but were just waiting for our records to come so that they could extend it. Our records came and we inspected them for errors at the beginning of the block last week. Another Sunday has come and gone and no new calling...isn't that so strange? Or do you think the ward just got busy all of the sudden? Huh.

Hmmm.... that is kind of weird. I wonder if they forgot. lol. I wouldn't worry about it. If they have one for him, they'll give it to him sooner or later.

Sometimes things change and they find out another calling is coming open so they are waiting for that or there may be dueling positions looking for the same person, like young mens vs. EQ. When I was in the RS Presidency, sometimes these things would take forever and yet it seemed like there was no reason for the wait, but I guess there always is!
