As many of you know my dh and I have been struggling with tithing. Well, I can honestly say that I have gained a testimony of tithing in the last few weeks. Two paydays in a row things have been TIGHT. I have been sooo worried over this paycheck coming this week especially because I have several big bills to cover, and I know the check isn't going to be enough. I held my breath and wrote the tithing check anyway. Well, we went to see my dh's grandparents after church today, and for no reason at all, they gave us a check for $500! Dh tried to give it back, but his grandpa wouldn't take it. He simply said, "Spend it wisely." I'm crying right now. It isn't much, but it will make our van payment and buy groceries for the next 2 weeks. I will never hesitate to pay tithing again! I'm sure if we hadn't paid it this money wouldn't have come to us. Thank you to everyone for encouraging me to pay my tithing! We were told that if we pay our tithing it WILL work out in the end, and it definitely does!
