Not really any phobias here. I am just a bit clostrophobic (sp?) and scared of heights. I was almost dying when we were going up the Eiffel Tower. That elevator was sooo crowded, I just kept breathing =). Once at the top, I could not for the life of me look down!
I have a fear of heights...ok...I said it! Its not so bad where I cant drive over a bridge, but I cant look down....ahhh I get chills thinking about it.
I would call this a fear but its an extreme dislike for the ocean. I LOVE the beach and go all the time, but do not go in the water unless its EXTREMELY hot.
Wow Sarah, that is interesting. I have never heard of that before. Did you have a bad experience when you were younger with the ocean? I remember being sucked under one time, I thought I was going to die. It was so scary. The only ocean I like to swim in is the Mediterranean or and ocean with no waves.
I have been sucked under soooo many times. When I was a kid we used to go to Laguna and they had pretty big waves with a ton of seaweed. My real problem is the thought of fish swimming around me or me stepping on a sting ray or being stung by a jelly fish...or a SHARK or Barracuda(sp) is just more than I can bare. Ok...im a freak...LOL
No way, you are no freak. It really does happen! My dad steps on a jelly fish and had to go to the hospital! It was in Laguna too! Actually, it was Crystal Cove.
