Hi ladies....
Isaiaah Joseph was born on Sunday August 12th at 7:08am by emergency csection because I had a placental abruption. I woke up about 3 am that morning and thought my water broke when I made it to the bathroom I realized I was bleeding very heavily. I knew exactly what was happening. I called my MW and she hurried over (20 minutes). I was worried because at first I wasn't feeling any fetal movement. I was pacing my living room for those 20 minutes just praying "Let my baby be okay" over and over. Just before Amanda (MW) got to my house I felt little kicks but nothing strong.
We went to a nearby hospital where I was admitted, prepped and taken to OR. His heart rate was very high in the 190's but thankfully dipped to the 170's so I didn't have to be completely knocked out and was given a spinal. He was born screaming and it was the most beautiful sound I have heard...I was so worried for my lil man!
He was 9lbs 6oz and 20 3/4". He has a ton of hair and the most adorable dimples!!! All the other kids are so in love and so am I!!! He is such a good baby too!

I was sad I didn't get my homebirth, but I am so happy he is healthy!!!!

Yay!!!!!! I am sooooo happy to hear that he is okay! I am so sorry about the labor, but I am glad that you were feeling okay about it. I am sure he is really cute =). Can't wait to see your pics!
