how can i add an attachment (picture) to my post

assuming you ahev your pics uploaded on the computer to a site like Ofoto, picturetrail or something like that, you copy the image URL and then come here, click on "Go Advanced" then click on the little postcard looking icon, thats insert image, then paste your image URL into that.

Does that make sense?? Aren't I so technical. LOL!!!
