Default ovulation

please help...

i have some questions about ovulation?

if my cycles are regular, like every 29 days, is it more than likely that i will ovulate around day 13, 14, 15? or could i ovulate around 20, 21, 22?

my next question is, i hope i don't sound foolish, but is it possible to ovulate twice in one month?

thanks

Ok---stemming from the fact that I know nothing about ovulation, please dont take this at face value because I could be wrong, but I dont think you do Ovulate 2x in a month, I do think that you can release 2 or more eggs a month...but I will ask on another mommy board that I am on, they are like TTCing experts there lol and see if I can get a solid answer for you if no one else has anything to offer!

Hey, if your cycles are regular every 28 or 29 days you are most likely to ovulate on cd 14 or 15, but sometimes it could come later, if you are stressed it can be delayed, you should use OPK to track you ovulation, I use them and I always get 2 darks lines (that means positive) on cd 14 and 15. My cycle is always every 28 days, also check your cm, if it is looks like eggwhites, then you are fertile and you should start another symptom of ovulation is pain from your ovaries, meaning that your follicles are growing and the egg is about to be released from your ovary, I have that all the time.

Check the ovulation board on Pregnancy & Babydust.

OPK stands for Ovulation Predictor Kit, you can purchase them at your local drug/grocery store it is located in the same area as home pregnancy tests, and you use it the same way by peeing on the stick, if you get 2 dark lines then it means you should ovulate in the next 24 to 48hrs, I usually get the Walgreens brand that has 7 tests, and it is cheaper. I always start using them on cd 9 or 10 until I get a positive which is usually on cd 14 & 15.

The bad thing I hate about OPK is that the best time to test everyday is in the afternoon hours I usually test around 3 or 4pm, you have to hold your urine all day and don't drink anything because fluid will dilute the hormone and your test will be negative.

Check this site out and it will give you more info about it.

Hope the tests work for you and you get a I have used them many times but no for me yet. I have read sites were it has worked for lots of women TTC.
