They tell you what types of foods to eat, and it depends on how many pounds you are. On my plan I have to have 1 dairy product, 3 fruits, 4 vegetables, 2 starches 2 proteins, and 2 LA lite bars each day. You are given a food diary so you can write what you eat each day, and you go in the center 2 or 3 days a week to weigh in and the counselors check your diary, you can also eat some Healthy Choice & Lean Cuisune meals. They also give you a fast food guide with certain restaurants we can eat at. They have a LA weight loss cookbook, if you want to cook at home.
