Hi Diane, How are you. I love the pic of Dominic buried in leaves, he is such a cutie. What will he be for Halloween, are you taking him trick or treating?

Hi Angie!!!

How are you doing? Thanks about Dominic's photo. He loved playing in the leaves yesterday and today. I am not taking him trick or treating .... he does not eat candy and I certainly don't need anymore than I already have here.

His daycare had a Halloween party and we dressed him as a pumpkin...he was so cute. I will let him where his costume tonight and hand out candy to all the little trick or treaters!

Any plans? Did you guys do anything exciting over the weekend?

Hey, I just got home, my cousin had a Halloween party for all the kids in our family, we all went around her neighborhood and took the kids trick or treating. We had a great time, of course I was the only one with no kids, but it was still fun.

I am so ready for this election to be over with, me and dh are getting up bright and early to make it to the polls on Tuesday, and then off to work for us.

Take Care!!

Hi Angie...

I'm glad you had fun at your cousin's halloween party. Have you guys ever thought about adoption? A co-worker of mine recently adopted a baby. They were on the list for like 2 months and was surprised when they got the call.

Girl, I know what you mean!! I cannot wait until tomorrow is over because I'm tired of hearing about this presidential race. HOWEVER, I know this will open up a can of worms, especially if Kerry wins. I can see the Republicans contesting the votes.

Dh and I also plan to be up bright and early in the am to vote. We usually leave our home around 6:45am to drop Dominic off at daycare and then head into work. I think tomorrow we will get there as soon as they open.

Any plans for the weekend? It's cold here .... I don't like the cold weather ... although, I do love an opportunity to put on a huge sweater! I usually eat more in the winter. I've gained a few pounds recently and it's hard to come off and Thanksgiving is right around the corner ... my downfall.

Do you cook for thanksgiving or do you visit with family?

Hey Diane, I am not surprised that Bush won, I knew he would, just hope he can do something to bring this divided nation together, which he probably won't. It is getting cold here in Tennessee too, time to break out the boots.

It is Homecoming week here at Tennessee State University, dh family from Atlanta who are old head alumni are coming down for the big game on Saturday, it ain't nothing like a HBCU homecoming, we have so much fun with the battle of the bands, parade and greek step show. Alumni are everywhere tailgating with fried fish and ribs. I am so looking forward to this weekend.
Me and dh are thinking about going to the Bayou Classic game in New Orleans.
Did you attend a HBCU?

Me and dh go to my mom's on Thanksgiving, but since we are in our new house, I think next year I may have dinner at my house.

I am totally freaking out right now, I am 2 days late with , just that this might be it, I have a HPT, I may take it in the morning.
Please say a for me.

What's up with you this weekend?
