Hi all, I'm new to this board. I didn't even realize SK had a forum like this!

I need to ask you all for a favor right off the bat. Please pray for my Grandma. Over Thanksgiving, she had a minor stroke, fell and broke her ankle. Well, we had no doubt she would recover, but last Wed. had a massive stroke and is now in the hospital unconscious pretty much waiting to die. (the Dr.'s have said there is no hope) She is 86 years old. This is such a shock to our family. So much so that I also pray that her children (my aunts and uncles) make the right decisions regarding her care. As much as they don't want to see her go, they don't want to see her suffer either. Please pray that they leave my Grandma's life in the Lord's hands. There are some issues regarding feeding tubes, pain meds, etc. Anyway, if you all could pray for her, I would really appreciate it!

Your grandmother and your family will be in my prayers. I know what a difficult time this can be for a family and how difficult some of these decisions can be.
