I heard this song today and it had me bawling my eyes out. The chorus is so me sometimes. It's good to listen to when I feel like I have lost control....

My favorite parts are bolded. (the ones that made me cry)

The words are spot-on. Personally there are situations where i have been placed in a position where i want to drive and God has basically tied me up in the back-seat so i dont. Its incredible to think that at times even tho we know we would be driving in the dark without having a clue where we are going and still we struggle on. Even more so is the fact that God waits and doesnt tell us to pull over, gets out and leaves us there. Sometimes we even have to crash. His patience is awesome. If we had no other reason to praise and thank Him, then forever we would be praising Him for just that.

Beautiful song! I love that too. I have issues of control I try to work on as well. I applaud her for seeing a Christian song..

You have never heard of American Idol?

It is a show on TV over here. People compete in singing to get a record deal. It's an ok show. There are 3 judges, Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and Randy (dont know last name). Simon is a major meanie, he tells people EXACTLY what he thinks and is NOT nice about it in any way, shape or form. Anyways, This girl one last year.

I have heard of American Idol just dont know who it is? We have pop idol/x factor over here so you will have the US version. To be honest i dont watch them as i dont enjoy them. I see it more as karaoke especially after the first few series when the quality dips.
