prayer needed

Hi,

Can you please pray for me as i am finding it incredibly difficult at the moment. I cant focus on or find God at all and have some issues that need to be sorted but have no idea how to go about them. I really do feel at times like just stopping, but deep inside I simply cant.

((((HUGS)))) Sure thing I am praying for you. God promises if you seek him you will find Him. Keep reading your Bible and praying.

Giving up seems like the easy way out, but don't be deceived for trying to win a battle with out God is hopeless. Have faith in God, keep your eyes on Jesus, for when you take your eyes off Jesus you will sink.
Peter took his eyes off Jesus and started to sink, Jesus pulled him up out of the water. And if you are sinking, Jesus has His arms out towards you to pull you out of whatever it maybe, you just need to hold on to Jesus.

Thanks for all your prayers. God poured His grace out by giving me a day on saturday away from everything. A day without any hassles, where no one really knew me and it was just me and God, and i found Him, well he's always there but you know what i mean. Nobody knew where i was and it was so refreshing. Nothing outside has changed but inside I know God is here and we will get thru. There is a scripture in Matthew 10 that says

"But don't quit. Don't cave in. It is all well worth it in the end. It is not success you are after in such times but survival. Be survivors! Before you've run out of options, the Son of Man will have arrived."

and it is something that i do hold on to. At times the greatest success that we can have is that we keep on walking. Its incredible hard thu. Paul tells us in Philipians 3 to press on to the goal thats waiting for us and thats what, in the end, its about.

Now all i have to do is sort some things out and that will be hard but i do believe that God is the one who is prompting me to do it, otherwise i wouldnt to be truthful. I dont like confrontation.

Matthew,

there was a time when I went through the same thing. I felt so lost. I am here to tell you to keep the faith and stay strong, because it does pass. God WILL open a door that will help you become stronger. You just need to be patient. I know how hard that is. But, I can promise with my whole heart that GOD is there and he will find a way to help.

If you can find a local Bible study group that can help. or even just start by reading a book to help you grow as a Christian.

The best thing I ever did that helped me grow the most is I joined a Community Bible Study Group. It is called CBS and it is for all denominations. (nationwide group) It is strictly a bible study, they are not allowed to discuss seperate church issues or beliefs, Only Bible facts. I learned more from that than anything else I ever did. It also allowed me to meet other people from my county who are strong in the Lord.

So do some looking in your area, there is no telling what you will find.

I prayed before I wrote this, so if I am listening properly, GOD gave you a message somewhere in this post. GOD BLESS and keep moving even if it is only a inch at a time.
