Its an amazing thing having Gods peace to guide us. How when we make the wrong decision it goes to let us know that we're on the wrong path but how fast it comes flooding back when we rectify the situation. The greatest alarm bell there is. Tho its not easy being so emphatic about something and then having to go back and say 'i was wrong" or correct the situation, especialy when it may be too late.

John 14:26 & 27(NIV) But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Didnt actually realise that peace and the Holy Spirit were so closely related.

To be honest this was going to be a ranting thread. Instead its a praise God thread.

Its a very strange one as its the greatest path to go on but at times the hardest to admit to. I guess thats humbling ourselves and showing that we are different from the world by not doing what we always want to do, even tho what we really want to do is follow God's plan, im getting confused.
It truly is the greatest warning system that we are on the wrong path. Praise the Lord that He does make it very simple, its us who make it so hard at times.

Matthew, you are right that peace and the Holy Spirit are so closely related - and it's something we tend to not think of because for many of us the Holy Spirit is sort of relegated to a back seat!
