There is a book that we are currently studying (in our fellowship) called the Power of a praying parent by stormie omartian that i would recommend if anyone hasnt heard of it. It goes thru all different situations that your children can face in growing up and shows you ways of praying about them. Also teaches that it is never to late to begin praying for our children, or other peoples.

Power of a praying wife is really good. She also has Power of a praying Husband. In these books she talks about certain traits each sex has, why we react to things the way we do,and what subjects are important to each of us. It certainly for me and my husband has been a real eye opener. The prayers hit the spot.
