Default Pudding

I swear the dairy industry and Jello are in cahoots!

Ugh. I broke down and bough dd the rare treat today. Instant pudding. I usually make it but since I didnt have all the ingredients, I got the Jello brand.

So, since April and Isaac are sensitive to dairy, I mix it with SOY milk. Hmph. I whisked and whisked until my hand was about to fall off, then I used the electric beater, but that pudding WILL NOT thicken. I am so irate and I swear theres a conspiracy.

I tried the same thing! Alex is allergic to dairy and since I make everything else with soy, why not pudding right? Yeah, didn't happen. Bleah.

Just wanted to let you know that the Cook and Serve works well with Soy Milk. It takes a bit longer than instant, but it works, we just made some the other day.
