Default Fridge packs good or bad idea?

I don't know what soda companies were thinking on this idea. I know the ring things were hurting animals. But these boxes are just not working. They are hard to pick up off the store shelf. They are easy to break open by accident. I have had it happen numerous times. Has it happened to anybody else?

Break open!!! Are you KIDDING, I can't get the stupid things open for my LIFE!!! That little mouth they are supposed to drop from, yeah right! I end up tearing the whole front off!! It gets to the point that I just have to put the cans in teh frig, no box!! Plus for some reason, that box is just a tiny bit too big for my bottom shelf, just isn't worth shoving it in there!

i refuse to put a box in my fridge...cardboard just seems more yucky than plastic or glass bottles.

it's more work but i take out all the cans and put them in the crisper drawers. (in the drawers b/c otherwise cade will try to get to them if he can get the fridge open.)

Yeah I agree they suck. The little handle opening usually gets ripped wide open and we just get our cokes out of that now gaping hole where a "handle" used to be.

When I tried to get them from the store the other day I tried to pick one up and the thing ripped where my hand was and all the little cans rolled their *** out of the box all over the aisle. Needless to say I didnt buy those.

And recently i had a box that wouldnt open! The part where you have to push in to get your hand in there wouldnt pop open and I had to cut it open! UGH
