Okay I'm constantly watching CNN and MSNBC I'm a bit of a politics junkie so it got me thinking... Can you talk politics with your SO? Do you differ or generally agree? Could you be with someone with oposite political views?

** I also want to mention that I'm not trying to start a political debate here just friendly conversation **

DH and I do have varying political views, and I'm much more liberal than he is, but we respect each others views. We try not to bring politics up too much, but I think they need to be discussed whether our views differ or not, we learn from each other when we have our own discussions and debates and I think it helps the both of us form a better view.

DH and I agree pretty much the same he's a little more liberal than I am but not like to the point that the news has to be turned off when we're in the same room and what not.

DH doesn't know anything about politics except what I tell him from the news! haha But he's for pretty much everyhting I am.

I'm a registered republican (I have my reasons!) and he's registered liberal but both of us vote how we feel is best for the country. We can talk politics easy but he HATES it when I watch political shows like Hannity and Combs or Tucker! I heart Tucker! LOL

We don't see eye to eye for many reasons! So we tend to not discuss much of anything political between each of us! I'd just rather not go there..
