Liberals can't level

I was reading the local paper and there was an Op/Ed piece by Thomas Sowell, whose articles I usually enjoy reading. I was going to find today's piece online and stumbled upon another one first. This one is great. http://www.townhall.com/columnists/t.../welcome.shtml I'm gonna have to find the other one that was in today's paper that sums up wonderfully the mindset of liberals.

I can't help but agree with everything he has to say. Let's hope his reasoning is correct about the majority of voters not supporting "liberal" canidates and they "can't run on that platform and win a national election". Who woulda thought there could be anybody running for President more liberal than Teddy Kennedy?

Problem is Kerry is trying to tell people he is moderate and sadly some people maybe alot believe him. This is depsite his voting record. My DH pointed a scary fact out to me which is when Clinton was first running there were alot of contradicting remarks he made because he also said what he thought the people wanted to hear... He got elected TWICE as we all know!

There is nothing wrong with eating lunch from or at a yacht club. What is wrong is being phony -- and thinking that the American people need to be conned.

That’s what I was trying to say in my last post on how many homes he (and his family) has. There is nothing wrong with owning more then the average real estate….

People used to say, "Ignorance is no excuse." Today, ignorance is no problem. Our schools promote so much self-esteem that people confidently spout off about all sorts of things that they know nothing about.

Too true! How often do you hear someone say, "Well, I really don't know all the ins and outs of the issue". Many people don't know enough to know that they don't know enough!

"The Left's Version" was a scary read. Just thinking about those thing (no spanking, not being able to "hit twice", etc.) becoming legal here are really frightening.
