Bush plans to keep us on the offensive regarding the War on Terror....

Kerry plans to go defense.

Sorry but doesn't that mean we only react AFTER we have been hit... haven't we already seen we WILL be hit?

I shudder to think who and where the next the tragedy would strike before Kerry acted... how should American's feel about that? Don't you think people should consider their loved ones could be part of that hit before his action.

Oh yeah.. his wife says the US should get used to it like Europe has had to..

It scares me to death to think of what would happen if Kerry won. No we will not get used to it, we will fight now before it happens again!!

Yes yes yes! That's one of my main reasons for disliking him so much. I fear him being in power. He would react *after* we were hit. I'm sorry but I'd rather not see our fellow citizens blown to the smithereens because he wants to fight a more sensitive war on terror.

It scares me that when asked if a terrorist strike in inevidable he shrugs his shoulders and says yeah, but we have to work on making peace with these terrorists.

I would rather the answer be something like I want to attack them over there before they can attack us here. That makes me sleep better at night.

I think changing our stance now would not only tell the terrorists we give up, but it would be an insult to those who sacrificed their lives so far. We're there with one objective in mind: to end terrorist activities or at least make a dent and make our message clear. And even though we are mostly doing it to help protect our homeland, we are also doing it to help the world become a safer place.

I heard a sub in for Boortz the other day. He said something like, You (terrorists) can take the message and cut your crap out now "or we will go Harry S. Truman on your a$$." Truman was the democratic prez who stopped WWII (another war we didn't start) by dropping nukes. Now I am not suggesting we drop nukes on anyone. The way the guy said it made me laugh.
