I've heard some people here speculate that the reason they waited 12 hours to contact the authorities is because he had a few more than one beer. So, what do you think?

I can't think of any other reason it took that long to call authorities, I wouldn't be surprised if W. couldn't figure out how to call 911 faster, but Cheney wouldn't have needed that long. I'll make a guess and say that one beer they said he had, was the one that he hadn't drank out of the 6 pack
