So, are you happy about this? I am sort of mixed...on the one hand I am ahppy because I think she was dreadfully unqualified for the position of Supreme Court Justice. One the other hand, I live in fear of his next nominee.

Regarding Roberts, I am not exactly wild about him, but I do feel like he is at least qualified for the job. Miers just didn't seem to have the right stuff to be a supreme court justice. I know you don't have to be a judge to be a justice, but I feel like you need more constitutional law experience than she seemed to have.
