Icon8 I make people feel icky

On another board...far...far away, I make people feel "icky" because I post my feelings on the war, the economy, people jobless, people being blow up, the lies, the deceptions.

And people are feeling "icky" after my posts. I guess they don't like me posting news reports, goverment pages, and facts that shatter the rose colored glasses they're wearing.

They just tell me I'm nasty.

I don't point any fingers at any posters, don't talk about anyone except the current people in the political circles. I'm just nasty and I make them feel "icky."

Do any of you make people feel "icky?" I'm tired of getting my *** chewed when I state my mind, and just because it's not theirs, they get mean about it.

I think a majority of Americans are either ignorant or apathetic about the civilians dying in Iraq. I think of all of those innocent children, men , and women , who want nothing to do with any of this. They're the ones dying and losing limbs. Over 11,000 of them.

It's sad that people are so egocentric that it just makes them feel icky to hear about it. It's real and it's the reality of those people living it. It makes me rather sour towards the people incessantly complaining about trivial things.

I know my birth board has had some heated posts lately. I think this election is just such a personal and highly emotional time for people. And, really there doesn't seem to be any gray area. You either believe one way or the other.

Hey, maybe they're feeling the way we feel all of the time...seeing how we have our eyes open.

They feel that way because they feel the blood bleeding from your heart on their conservative bodies *rolls eyes*. Seriously, compassion has become a bad thing, and that is a very very sad and scary thing.

Some people just can't stand for people to disagree with them, and to point out some very true points about their oh so fabulous leader... I have gotten myself into some hot water before over stuff where people don't agree with me, and it's hard not to get emotionally invested in the things you believe in. Sometimes you just want to shake people and beg them to wake up and really look at the world around them, but I guess that's part of what is so great about America- they are entitled to their opinions, as wrong as we think they may be...and at the same time, we have the freedom to tell them they are wrong... Hope you feel better soon....I don't think you're icky...
