Fire destroys Presidential Library!

Crawford, Texas (not AP) - A tragic fire this morning
destroyed the personal library of President
George W. Bush. The fire began in the Presidential
bathroom where both of the books were kept. Both of
his books have been lost. A presidential spokesman
said the president was devastated, as he had almost
finished coloring the second one

*You all did hear the story about how he told a reporter that his favorite book as a child was "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle. which I believe was published in something like 1983!! Imagine that!

Ooops....it was published in 1971....my mistake!! Regardless, still not a book he read as a child!

Thought someone was gonna say he lost "The Very Hungry Caterpiller" and "My Pet Goat"...but wait, they're not colorin' books.

My favorite book when I was a child was "Hairy"- about the black and white spotted dog. Also liked the "Frog and Toad" books for some reason.
