can you guess the secret phrase?

okay so here are 6 letters: H W N I H E
and three numbers: 2, 3, 4.

what i need is a three-word phrase, using all of the letters once and ONLY ONE of the numbers. the number you use will be in place of an entire word. like, the number 2 would represent the word "2"...

get it? so two words out of the 6 letters and then choose one of the numbers to be the third word?

i didn't make this up and haven't been able to solve it yet. help would be much appreciated!
