I know there's a pumpkin roll recipe somewhere around here that you freeze...it has cream cheese inside and I actually prefer it frozen (it lasts longer that way)...if I run across it I'll let you know...mmmmm it's making me hungry just thinking about it!

Cookie recipes you can freeze That's a link I have bookmarked and have used some of the recipes and they all came out great. Hope it helps. Also just run a google search if you'd like more
