Help, ideas, suggestions please!

I am having a Crop next month as a fundraiser for one of my programs and I have never hosted one before.
Please tell me what you like to see at your crops.
Prizes, snacks, dinner, goodies, etc.
I will be having a make and take and I will try to get a picture of it on here. It is adorable.

I like easy foods, nothing super messy (spagetti, etc) b/c people often eat and scrap, kwim?

what about finger sandwhiches, a sub sandwhich, fruit, stuff like that. You dont have to go all out, just something to munch on. Oh and SWEETS, we always have sweets at our crops. I remember someone forgot the cake one night and she left to go buy one b/c we were all going crazy.

how many ppl are you expecting?

I am not sure how many 24 is the max allowed.
I sure wish you could come!
Long trip for a crop though.

I will get sweets for sure and I was thinking of doing some drawings for give-a-ways and seeing if I can find some inexpensive supplies I could give to each person that comes.
