It’s a good idea to add ICE (In Case of Emergency) contact information to your cellular device in case emergency personnel or hospital workers need to reach a contact and you cannot provide that information.
In your cell phone address book add your ICE contacts.
Each new contact name should be preceded by the acronym ICE - ICE Mom; ICE Dad; ICE husband.
