J from 1-800-FREE411 here. Hopefully it's OK to post this if I'm writing with full disclosure -- the last thing I'd want to do is to disrupt the community.

Anyway, I just wanted to let people know that they don't have to pay $2 or so to their phone companies anymore for 411. Instead, our number is free (ad-supported) and offers business, gov't, and residential listings. Not to mention driving directions we'll text to your cell.

Hopefully, this can lower everyone's phone bill at least a little.
