Ack.. this just totally reminded me that I never took the chicken out of the freezer last night to defrost. Crap crap! I guess chicken is out the window now. Maybe DH will pick up something on the way home tongiht.

We ended up having pecan chicken (DH had meatloaf), macaroni & cheese and potatoes. DH picked it up from the grocery store cafe on his way home. I am about to go to the grocery store now tho to get a few things for the weekend.

I ended up staying home today while everyone went out to S.F. and they aren't home yet which means DH isn't getting busy making dinner for us all and I was starving. I made myself rice and chili, which is becoming a pattern for me.
I ended up going to the Mexican Restaurant. I got there late..so i ended up leaving there and going shopping then I ate at Taco Bell.. oh well close enough!
Double servings! They got back from S.F. and made dinner over at my mom's, where we've ended up pretty much every single night lately. We had to catch the Sharks game, they clinched the division, YES! But on top of my chili, I got chicken, salad, and bread. Oh, and you can't forget cake. He made me a cake.
