Rural, urban , or suburban?
Where do you live?
I live in the middle of nowhere. We're surrounded by farms and woods. I absolutely love the privacy, yet I get a bit bored out here in the middle of nowhere.

Re: Rural, urban , or suburban?
We are smack dab in the city, but its a very small city, so I like it. We were out in the country for a year and I loved it.. until summer came and I saw how many nasty bugs there were. Ick! I couldnt take it ><

Re: Rural, urban , or suburban?
We live right in the center of the city and I love it...I don't drive so it makes my life so much easier and I love the fact that I can be at the mall or the movie theatre in 10-15 min...

Re: Rural, urban , or suburban?
hmmm, city and suburban, both I guess. We do not live in a big city but we do live in the city. Our house is suburban though, we live in a neighborhood with lots of others.

Re: Rural, urban , or suburban?
It's a mixture of both. We're in a town that's right next to a city (if that makes any sense - there is no distinction between us and the next city), but it doesn't FEEL like a city. Things are too spread out and there's not much to do here. It has to be because the area of California I live in is so agriculturaly-based. Farmers go to bed early
I love city life, but this is much better than where we lived just prior to moving here - smack dab in the country.

Re: Rural, urban , or suburban?
I live 20 miles from walmart. I live 5 miles to the nearest gas station that is highly overpriced and does not carry a lot. I live 12 miles to the nearest store. We are not far off from a freeway though. Its about 4 miles so we aer in a place of privacy yet quick access to go somewhere. I have more cows for neighbors than anything else. Right here we have swamps and trees.. lots of trees but most of the neighbors have farms and they grow a lot of things. Mostly corn, pumpkins and asparagus for veggies.. apples, cherries and blue berries for fruit but you can pretty much find everyting around here

Re: Rural, urban , or suburban?
We're in the suburbs. We live in a fairly upper class town about 1/2 hour south of Boston right on the water. We're on the side that used to be known as the "other side of the tracks," about as far away from the water that you can be (which is only 10 minutes). A lot of rich snobby people that I can't stand. But the school system is really good and it is a small town (about 7,200 people) for it's location to Boston.

Re: Rural, urban , or suburban?
I grew up in a rural farming community. Now I live in a small city. It's perfect. I'm in a city surrounded by farmland

I live in a medium-sized city, in the middle of Northern Ontario (basically nowhere).

Re: Rural, urban , or suburban?
We live in the city, but not the inner city. Our city limits are almost blurred with the suburbs here.

Re: Rural, urban , or suburban?
Live right in the midst of the city. More on the outskirts though, but it's still pretty dense.

Re: Rural, urban , or suburban?
A large City (Suburb) of even a larger city If you live in CA you know what I'm talking about. I grew up in America's heartland, and hope to someday have a country home with a big front porch

suburban
Right in the middle of a big ole city... run down.. totally HATE it. I don't want to be rural because I don't want to be that far out.
