Does anyone else find it odd how much coverage Princess Diana is getting these days?

There are just some people that will never actually get to rest in peace and she is definitely one of them. But you are right the coverage is more than usual which means there's probably yet another book or movie being released about her.

I dont think its odd at all considering Aug 30th was the 10 yr anniversary of her death. The world paid special attention and there was more coverage than normal on 9/11/06 b/c it was the 5 yr anniversary of the WTC nightmare. Part of me feels we should let her rest in peace but the other part of me feels we should always remember the wonderful woman she was and if that means brodcasting about her then so be it.

I agree with that 100%. In less than 7 yrs will be the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. Anything that has had a major impact on our lives and our history always seems to get at least a 2 month non stop shove in our faces type of publicity when it comes to the "Important" anniversaries. With Princess Dianna, I think that at first, it was good to have so much press and exposure because I think it helped her children as they grew learn how the world saw their mother, what type of woman she really was. I think that it is starting to die down now that 9/11 is here.
