oovoo to set their kids up. Say the girl is in New York and the guy is somewhere in the Silicon Valley, or Punjab, whatever. Their parents in India contact each other first, then set up a chaperoned date on the web, where the kids meet each other for the first time and the parents interrupt once in a while. People are getting married like this, can you believe that? I heard Oovoo is by far the most popular. Technology! It’s weird that technology is supporting something as traditional and backward as arranged marriage, but hey, if that floats their Hindi boat. I wanna see a Bollywood movie about this one!
