Hi all,

This may seem like an odd post, but I was wondering if someone could help me....

I work on a brand new variety show here in Los Angeles that will be airing on Fox this new year at 9pm in the slot directly following 'American Idol'. It will be hosted by Ozzy, Sharon, Jack and Kelly Osbourne.

Although it is a variety show and will feature celebrity guests and sketches, there will be a reality segment called 'The Osbournes Meet the Osbournes'. Ozzy and his family will travel to another part of the country and meet a completely different Osbourne family. This is a segment that will appear in each episode of the show.

Currently, we are trying to cast a nice normal Southern Christian family for one of the segments. We're looking for a family that would in a sense "mirror" the Osbournes in make-up - two parents and a son and a daughter - but we're are ABSOLUTELY open for any other Osbourne family configuration. Our only requirement is that they are practicing Christians with a passion and dedication to their fatih.

I was hoping you would be good enough to pass on my details to any Osbourne, Osbourn, Osborne, or Osborn families in your congregation or that you know of that fits this bill. I'd love to hear from ANY Osbourne, if only to pass on information about the show and the concept, so I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

Finally, I would also like to note that the point of this segment is not to make fun of anyone. Hopefully it will be a very funny segment, but funny because it will portray Ozzy and his family as fish out of water and the other family as relatively normal. It will give the country a chance to see a real American family that lives outside of the bizarre world that is Los Angeles.
