I am new to SheKnows and I signed up with points and prizes today, but when I log in to point and prizes it says that the user is not active. I am not sure what that means or how to make my account active. I am really frustrated with this and about ready to throw in the towel. I contacted points and prizes of course I have received no reply from them. This seems like a great site but about ready to give up on the whole thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
